Very nice apartment, I recommend it.

The bed was really comfortable, and having two duvets was nice. The staff were friendly, and Wawel Castle is about a 10-minute walk away. There’s also a washing machine and tumble dryer on the ground floor, which is handy for a longer stay. But the place feels cramped and expensive, and the room looked bigger in the photos. The shower stall is so tight you have to leave the door open to wash. Its drain was clogged, so water drained very slowly and the bathroom kept flooding. There was some mold in the shower, and although there was a bucket and mop, the mop had no head. We were given just one roll of toilet paper for four days. In the garage, towels and bed linen were lying around, and it was hard to tell whether they were clean. For the price, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The studio was tidy, but the price was too high. The electric cooktop was useless: eggs were still raw after boiling for two hours. The shower head was damaged and leaking, which made washing difficult, and the walls were cracked. Parking was the main issue. When I booked, Booking said it was free, but we got a ticket. The owner said she’d forgotten to report the license plate and that free parking had ended, then changed the Booking listing to say it cost 84 PLN per day. I tried to contact her numerous times afterward and never heard back.
