The room itself was a highlight: our ground-floor space was spacious, quiet, and seemed recently renovated with care. It had working AC, a fridge, good lighting, underfloor bathroom heating, and a wardrobe tucked behind the mirror. The bed was comfortable, and the table and chairs worked well for morning coffee. We were there for a few days in January. It’s a calm, safe-feeling area, a minute from Kraków’s oldest market and about four or five minutes from the mall and train station. Check-in was among the best we’ve had. The staff were warm, flexible, and helpful with restaurant and sightseeing suggestions. We expected to leave our bags, but got into the room earlier than planned. There’s courtyard parking if you arrive by car. We had to leave early and missed the chance to tell the staff how much we appreciated the stay. For the location, comfort, and service, it’s great value, and we’d choose it first next time we’re in Kraków.

We arrived late and used self check-in, which was straightforward from the clear instructions. Check-out worked just as easily, so both were hassle-free. The apartment had everything the three of us needed, and it was cleaned very well each day. The hotel is lovely and was such good value. It’s a few minutes from public transport and around a ten-minute walk to the square, with everything close by. Our ride dropped us right at the front door. It was our first visit to Kraków, and having such a nice place to return to made the trip even better. We’ve just come home after three nights and would happily stay again. I’d recommend it to anyone.

The reception team were kind and gave us plenty of useful tips about local food and restaurants. Our stay was great, though we wished we could have stayed longer, and we’ll definitely come back. At K4 Aparthotel, the room was modern, clean, and spacious. It’s about a five-minute walk to the central station and shopping centre. There was everything we needed, including a washing machine, kitchen appliances, and even a kitchen towel.

The team took care with our requests, and the service was really nice. Thanks for a good stay, Martin and Oliwia! The rooms were clean, roomy, and well equipped. K4 is also in a handy spot, just a short walk from the main square and old town. I’d definitely recommend it.

A comfortable, well-kept place for a family, and close to everything.
