I was in Krakow for a conference and found the atmosphere really welcoming and comfortable, like a home away from home. The design is stylish and cosy, with thoughtful details throughout. I'd return in a heartbeat and recommend it whether you're here for work or a holiday. One thing to know, the elevator is tiny and feels about 200 years old, so you'll most likely need to take the stairs. :)

It was quiet enough at night to sleep well, while still being an easy walk from Krakow's main square. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was great, and everything was spotless. We were so lucky to find such lovely accommodation. Highly recommend booking here, you won't be disappointed.

We had a two-room apartment, which gave us some privacy. The hotel is in the wider center of Krakow, and the rooms, bathroom, and toilet were all clean and well equipped.

Airport chaos meant we missed our flight, and the lovely people here were very sympathetic. They didn't have to under the policy, but offered to try to resell the room and gave us a partial refund. Their communication has been excellent since we booked, and we'll definitely stay with them when we finally visit Krakow.
