Our school group had an absolute nightmare here. The rooms were incredibly small, and the advertised room cleaning service felt like a complete lie. Cleaners only came in to empty the sanitary pad bin. We had to take out our own general trash and change our own towels. At checkout, a student accidentally opened a door and it broke, which made the facilities seem cheap and fragile. The hotel demanded €500 for a simple door. When our teachers tried to discuss it, staff held our luggage and wouldn't let us leave for our flight. Our agency had to pay the ridiculous €500 charge just to get our bags back. This felt like a scam targeting school groups and was unacceptable and unprofessional.

We chose Nowa Panorama Hotel in Krakow because we wanted to stay away from downtown noise. We were there with family for 4 nights, and left our car in the parking lot the whole time. Trams run every few minutes from a nearby stop, so getting to the center is convenient. Finding parking there would take longer than walking from the stop to the places of interest. The breakfast selection was exceptionally rich and the service was nice. A few minutes' walk away, you can buy groceries and other products, use various services, and spend time among greenery. We think the rooms should be larger, but we'll recommend the place to friends. Thank you.

It's a simple, clean hotel and the staff are very accommodating. Breakfast is included from 7am. If you're leaving early, you can ask for a takeaway.

I don't remember the receptionist's name, but she was blond with a septum piercing. Her kindness, friendliness, and professionalism turned a horrible day into a positive ending for me. She deserves a promotion!

The staff at reception weren't helpful, gave misleading information about payment, and ignored messages and calls when we had questions. Our stay was awful. The rooms were small and dirty, and weren't cleaned properly. The heater battery didn't work right, and the shower's hot water lasted only 3 minutes. The breakfast area had just 5 tables for the whole hotel. I don't recommend this place at all.
