The breakfast seating on the square was a lovely spot, and the location was amazing. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was pretty average, but had everything we needed. The welcome bottle of fizz and included minibar were a nice touch. I’d recommend it if you’ll mostly be out exploring beautiful Krakow and just need the hotel for sleep and breakfast.

The location is hard to beat, and the stay was wonderful. I would have liked a few more things in the room, like conditioner and Q-tips. The front desk team and drivers were amazing, though. The staff really make this hotel, I can’t say enough good things about them.

We’ve just got home from a weekend away and absolutely loved this hotel. It’s in an amazing location, and the staff were lovely. They even contacted us before the stay to sort out travel arrangements. After checkout, they sent us a discount code for next time 😊

There’s a seating area right outside on the square where you can enjoy food and drinks. The hotel has a nice choice for both breakfast and dinner, and the room was clean and nice. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Great spot in town, and I’d highly recommend it for a vacation stay.

Breakfast was a whole experience, with lots of local dishes, great quality, and seats either indoors or out on the square. Breakfast vodkas too, of course! We also had a Rolls-Royce transfer to the airport, a perfect finishing touch. The old-town square views were amazing, and the sound insulation worked well. The hotel itself was incredible, with mirrored walls, an in-room sauna, and a jacuzzi. We used the sauna at least twice every day!
