The location is perfect, close to almost everything 😊. The rooms are nice and better than I expected.

10/10
I had a fantastic four-night stay at Brama Hostel. Its location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Old Town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The staff are super friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and good advice. My spacious room was very comfortable, and overall, the place offers excellent value for money. If you're looking for simple, friendly accommodation in a great location in Krakow, Brama Hostel is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

8/10
The spot is great, right by the Old Town gate, and breakfast is free at the McDonald's next door, though its value is capped at 26 in local currency. WiFi didn't work in my room at all, so that's why I gave it 4/5. There wasn't much of a social scene compared with other hostels. There's a cafe common room, but it didn't seem to be open.

The location is excellent, but my room wasn't cleaned during my three-day stay and the towels weren't changed either. There was also long hair in the bed.

The location was great, and the staff were generally friendly. The room itself was a little shabby, though. The cleaner had left rubbish in some of the drawers, and the bed made a loud noise whenever I moved. I suppose that's what you can expect from a two-star hostel.
