Concordia Apartments

The main downside is the walk-up: the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator. I also couldn’t find clear directions for setting up satellite TV. I wasn’t bothered by the lack of Smart TV or Russian-Ukrainian channels, though, since this isn’t a five-star hotel at 100 euros per person per night. The neighborhood is quiet, and the Barbican, the Old Town entrance, is an easy 4-5-minute stroll away. The apartments are small and a little dated, maybe C-star on their own, but the EXTREMELY attractive price makes them a solid B-star. Street parking is free only after 6:00 PM on Saturdays and all day Sunday. There are also several inexpensive guarded lots open 24 hours in courtyards near Stary Kleparz market, about a 3-minute walk away. One big request to other residents: please don’t cook noodles in the kettle. There’s a pot and frying pan in the kitchen drawer downstairs. Make your tea in the teapot yourself... photos included ;-)
