The pool and spa are delightful, and the hotel itself is stunning. My husband and I came for a romantic weekend, and it ticked all the boxes. Our spacious room was extremely comfortable, with quality down bedding and a large, comfortable queen-size sleigh bed. We wanted to explore, so we didn't eat at the hotel, though the food looked delicious and the setting was remarkable. The old town is just a stone's throw away, and it's a quick stroll to the tram for a night out and street food in Kazimierz, the Jewish district. I'd go back in a heartbeat.💓

The rooms were gorgeous and so clean, the staff were friendly and really accommodating, and the food was delicious. The hotel is close to everything you'd want to see in Krakow, but far enough away that partygoers don't bother you. Every second of our stay felt perfect. Absolutely stunning place, and I'd recommend it 100%.

Transportation was coordinated flawlessly, and every detail of my stay was taken care of. Everyone was hospitable and kind. The underground pool was my favorite part. It had a peaceful, eerie feel that made swimming relaxing. The location was perfect, within walking distance of so much. My one complaint is that breakfast cost way too much for what you got. The bar was great, the service there was perfect, and the bartender made a great Negroni.

We really enjoyed the sauna and pool, and had a wonderful stay at Hotel Copernicus. Staff kindly upgraded us for our anniversary, which was a lovely surprise and made the trip memorable. It's a great, quiet-at-night location in the Old Town. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel there.
