Platinum Aparthotel

Piotr made my first solo trip feel easy from the moment I arrived in Krakow. I was a little nervous, but his warm welcome and hospitality helped me relax and enjoy the city. He was happy to help with anything, from arranging day trips and smooth transport to sharing local tips. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. I’ll absolutely stay there again. I’d highly recommend booking Auschwitz-Birkenau and the salt mines through your hotel. We had a very good stay from Friday 8th August till 15th. It’s about a 10-minute walk into town, and there’s a lovely wine bar on the main road to the left with very good prices. The place was very clean and well maintained. When the shower screen fell off while I was in room 9, I called and the phone was answered straight away. The lady was very good, and the problem was fixed quickly.

We arrived on the 7th of May 2025. The apartments were narrow, so I sometimes bumped into my sister trying to get around. Still, the room was clean, suited our needs, and was a good price. We loved our stay at the Platinum, and I’d recommend it for a week-long stay.

The place is about a 20-minute walk from the old town and 30 minutes from the jewish quarter, with the train station a short walk away. It’s tidy and good value, though not five-star quality. Having cooking facilities and an iron was handy.
