Cracow Rentals Zacisze

The building isn't wheelchair-friendly. There are nine steps before the lift, so you might manage with someone to carry your chair and if you can handle stairs. I didn't get the room shown in the brochure, but the one I was given was even better. It was very clean and warm, with a comfortable double bed that was a little soft. The lighting was especially good for someone like me who doesn't have 20/20 vision. The bathroom was large, with a hair-dryer, nice towels, and extras in the bedroom drawer. There's a washing machine but no detergent, and body wash but no shampoo or conditioner. The kitchen was a decent size, with a table and four chairs, tea, coffee, sugar, and a kettle. There's a small coffee machine but no capsules, a half-size fridge, stovetop, and microwave, but no oven. The small dishwasher came with just two tablets, and I didn't use it. There was no particular view from the window, but it wasn't ugly. The sofa looked fairly new, though I couldn't tell if it became a bed and saw no extra bedding. An iron and board were there, along with plenty of power outlets. It's close to the main bus and train terminals and the Galleria shopping mall. The Cloth Hall is about an eight-minute walk. I'd stay again. A few apartments are advertised together on the same site, which explains why some reviews conflict.

My apartment was spacious, and help was available by phone or apps if needed, though there was no front desk. It's a calm neighborhood, right across one street from the old Town, and the train station is easy to reach. I was on the third floor. There's a lift, but you have to climb about 10 steps to get to it. Can recommend!

Everything was very clean and well furnished, and the location was perfect. A few pieces of furniture did need fixing.

The place was well equipped and in a great spot near the station.
