Fragola Apartments

The location was great, and we enjoyed our stay in the turquoise apartment. Booking online was easy, though the list of amenities could be clearer. We only found out there was a washing machine after arriving, and had to message to locate the cutlery drawer, which needs a better label. A few things could be improved. The entrance and two flights of stairs were hard to navigate at night with lots of luggage when you didn’t know where the light switch was. There were hardly any hooks in the bathroom or bedrooms, and mirrors in the bedrooms would have been useful since the ones provided were only in the hall and bathrooms. I got a bit chilly, even with the second single duvet, and couldn’t find any blankets. The kitchen bin was small and open, and there were no bins in the bedrooms. I’d still highly recommend the place, and would book directly since there’s no point using a third party.

We liked the design, the comfortable beds, and the good wifi. The apartment had everything we needed, even a toaster. I could hear the trams early in the morning from the room, so bring earplugs.

The staff service was great, and breakfast at Columbus Cafe was good. The apartment had everything we needed, and we really enjoyed staying here. We’re looking forward to coming back to Krakow soon.

The apartment was cosy, spacious, and clean, with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s close to both the old town and the Jewish part of town. The only downside during my stay was the wifi, which was slow and a bit laggy. I’d recommend the place and stay here again.
