My friends and I had a great stay here. The apartment was clean and had lots of space. I’d stay again.

The reception team were efficient and really helpful throughout, even though we never met face to face and handled everything by text. The apartments are safe, fresh, clean and have all the modern conveniences for a trip to Krakow. The bed and shower were lovely, and the price was very reasonable. I’d definitely stay again. Well done, Green Garden staff.

The internet wouldn’t connect, and the shower door fell off. I called reception in the morning and was told it would be repaired, but it was still broken when I got back from work. The TV also doesn’t work and has no channels. I called yesterday and again today; a repairman came, and I was told it had been fixed. When I returned from work, it still didn’t work. They haven’t fixed anything and keep lying about it.

The building is nice, but the apartment wasn’t comfortable or clean, and it was missing things I needed, so I had to buy a lot myself. Reception was incompetent. I wouldn’t recommend Green Garden Residence.

We really liked the apartment. It was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. There’s underground parking, and it’s not far from the centre.
