H11 Aparthotel

We stayed one night and found it great value for a Kraków city break. There’s plenty to do in the old city, and everything is an easy walk away, including public transport to and from the airport. The rooms, facilities, staff, booking process, and communication were all faultless. Highly recommend.

The apartments were lovely and clean, but our room for five had only one toilet, which wasn't enough. At the very least, it needed to be separate from the shower so someone could still use it while another person was bathing. The bigger problem was the reception hours, just 9am to 7pm. Our safe jammed with our passports inside before a 6am pickup. Nobody was there to help, and nobody answered the out-of-hours emergency number when I called four times. If we hadn't had photos of our passports on our phones, we could have missed our trip, or a flight if we were heading back to the airport. People in a city are out early and return late, so the front desk should be open beyond those hours. For that reason, I won't stay again.

The staff were lovely and the location was excellent. The room was good too, but the carpet was dirty and the small fridge made noise.

The apartment was a decent size for two and had the basics we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff communicated really well before we arrived, and it was ready for us. The location worked out wonderfully, with a five-minute walk to the Old Town, a tram stop nearby, and shops easy to reach. We'd happily stay here again if we return to Krakow, and would recommend it.
