Hotel Prokocim

The heating wasn't working on a cold night. We were told it was because of road works or renovations nearby. The room we were offered as a replacement was also not what we'd asked for: they said it had a double bed, but it was two twin beds with separate mattresses pushed together. We also had to ask for more toilet paper because the roll was almost finished. Our original room hadn't been properly prepared for guests. There was a kettle and two glasses, but no bottled water, tea bags or coffee. The kitchen had no water either, so we were told we'd need to go and buy some. There was only one towel for a room booked for two, and although the room was generally clean, there were dirty sheets in the closet and old spoiled bread in a drawer, as shown in the pictures. The room fell short of what we expected. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It was poor value for money at 180 PLN for one night.
