Rajska Residence

I wouldn't recommend these apartments. The bedding was smelly and dirty, there were cigarettes left on the balcony, and the service was poor. The manager even says everything is fine despite the muld in the shower and barley on the ceiling.

The location was great, and the room itself was nice, but I wouldn't stay again. I couldn't get in because the entry number had changed and nobody told me. The owner was slow to respond. The toaster that should have been there was missing, the kettle switch was broken, and the place was dusty. The bottom sheet was too small, and the bathroom sink glass was cracked. The aircon didn't work, though the radiator kept the room warm. There were builders right opposite, and we hadn't been told about them.

The reception security guard was really friendly and nice. The apartments are great and close to Kraków's main areas, including the old town.

We had a four-night break in Krakow, and the location made getting to the old town easy. There are also several good cafes just a few metres away for coffee and breakfast. The bed was comfortable, the shower got properly hot and had shower gel, and the apartment had what we needed: a fridge, towels, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, and a kitchenette with a sink. Some bits could have been cleaner. There were water marks around the bathroom sink when we arrived, and the duvet cover was too small for the bed. Luckily, it wasn't very cold during our stay. One night we were kept awake until 2am by what sounded like drilling and hammering from another apartment. That's not the hosts' fault, though they did respond when we messaged them that night. They were communicative and offer 24-hour assistance, even though there wasn't anything they could do about the noise. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.
