Hotel Rubinstein

Spotlessly clean, with a good breakfast and a superb location. It's a great hotel. The only downside is how narrow the twin beds are.

We'd asked in advance for firm mattresses. They weren't available at first, but the hotel quickly found a solution, and after that everything was perfect. Breakfast was fresh, varied and served with a smile. The hotel felt impeccably clean, with a welcoming atmosphere and professional service from reception, housekeeping, the breakfast team and kitchen. The rooftop is a hidden gem, with a breathtaking view over Kraków's historic centre. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and clearly cared about their work. Rubenstein Hotel felt like a place to feel at home, not just somewhere to sleep. I'd gladly return.

We came in after spotting the SkyBar, and the staff were pleasant throughout. We started inside, then moved outside once a table opened up. Karolina looked after us and introduced us to the Helena Rubenstein cocktail, which was amazing. Later we went downstairs to street level, where the food and service were again exceptional. Karolina and Julia took great care of us, with tasty, quality food at reasonable prices. We ordered more Helena Rubensteins, and when the heavens opened, it was best to sit and enjoy the evening. A very well done for a great night!

I stopped in for a quick drink. The service was excellent, the toilets were lovely, and the hotel looks comfortable and pleasant, with a decent restaurant. It's right in the centre of Kazimierz, in Krakow's old Jewish quarter.
