My room was small, but comfortable, and the location made sightseeing easy. I could walk to Krakow Główny Station, and Stare Miasto is right nearby. Coming by bus or tram means walking through the park for about 3 minutes. Women might feel uneasy crossing it at night, but there are plenty of people around, and Stare Miasto stays lively, so I didn't think there was a need to worry. The shower pressure was good, though the water drained slowly. The entrance door is heavy, so push it firmly after entering the designated number. I also highly recommend cafe CASA10 on the first floor.

This place is awful and doesn't deserve the 3-star rating Google gives it. The rooms are small, getting into the building is really hard, and there was nobody there or any cleaning service. Never again. I wouldn't recommend it.

I really liked the hotel. The design is cozy, the location is amazing, and the price is great. The one thing that bothered me was finding three or four hairs on the sheet. They looked like the same hairs, so I took off a star.

It's easy to get to, close to the city center, and has everything you need. I'd stay here again.
