Junior Krakus

The room was roomy enough, but the sheets smelled bad and the pillow was awful. The first receptionist we met was friendly and kind, while another man was pretty disrespectful. We tried to order a drink at the bar during its opening hours, but nobody served us, even though the staff could hear us.

The room we were given was accessible, with a lower bathing area that felt a bit slippery and low for an average-height person, though not really inconvenient. It was also very kid-friendly. The room was huge, cozy, and immaculate. The deal included breakfast and was a bargain, so it had pretty much everything we wanted. The hotel is a little away from the town center, but public transport is available and makes getting into town easy. The staff were kind and very helpful. Highly rated and recommended.

The bed was really comfortable, with feather pillows and a duvet, and the rooms were clean and new. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is the only downside, but with free now taxis you can get to the old Town for about 4 euros. I highly recommend the hotel.

The breakfast was good, with a proper range of choices for different tastes. The room and bathroom were both new and big enough. The beds could have been more comfortable, and the location is a bit out of the way, so having a car would be ideal. Still, an Uber back at night was cheap.
