Breakfast was a real highlight, and when we had to leave early for a tour, the hotel arranged picnic breakfasts for us to eat on the bus. We were there in January for my sister's 60th birthday, with the temperature at -13, but the bedrooms and shared areas still felt warm and cosy. Our room, 404, had plenty of space for three and everything we needed: an ensuite shower, drinks in the fridge, free water, tea and coffee, an iron, and a safe. Karina and Dzmitry replied to my email requests, and Dina at reception was especially helpful with everything we asked for. A lovely hotel, I'd happily recommend it.

The staff are what I liked most. Reception took time to explain what to see and how to get there, and everyone was so helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with generous portions and lovely presentation. The rooms were really nice, and the location worked well too. I loved staying at M29 and will definitely be back.

We only tried breakfast, but there was plenty of choice and it was good. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and I wish I could have stayed longer. It's a lovely small hotel with just 30 rooms, about 15 minutes from Krakow Old Town centre and only two minutes from the Jewish quarter.

TA'AM restaurant served lovely food, and the hotel itself felt cosy, welcoming, and stylish. I stayed three nights while supporting an elderly man with disabilities. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Mikolaj in the bar and restaurant. He gave us useful information about the area and clearly enjoys making sure guests have a good experience. I'll definitely come back.

The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with space to work or unwind. I also made good use of the luggage storage after checkout, since I had meetings before leaving Krakow. Hotel M29 made my business stay easy from beginning to end. It's well placed between Old Town and Kazimierz, so I could get to meetings and still see a little of the city, while the hotel itself stayed quiet enough to focus. The staff were professional and friendly, and check-in and other requests were effortless. It's become my choice for future work trips, and I'll stay here again.
