My reservation was cancelled just an hour before check-in, after I’d already made it to Krakow. The man who called was hard to follow and couldn’t give clear answers to my questions. All he said was that he was sorry. I asked several times for his superior’s number, but he couldn’t dictate it, and eventually sent it to me by text. The second man I spoke with handled things better. He explained the problem and found us another place to stay. Still, cancelling an hour before check-in is completely inappropriate. If you need somewhere reliable, I wouldn’t choose this place unless you’re willing to risk being left out on the street.

The cancellation happened just before my planned check-in, with no warning. I’d called an hour earlier to ask about checking in early, and the employee told me it wouldn’t be a problem. The whole thing was stressful and unprofessional. When I tried to contact someone from the service team, she seemed confused and unprepared and couldn’t give me any specific information. She made things worse instead of helping, and just kept repeating, “I am very sorry.” There was no respect for the guest and no organization. I definitely don’t recommend this place. Avoid it at all costs.

I had a really good stay, and the apartment was clean and well kept. It’s also in a great spot, near Wawel Castle and the Old Market Square. Communication with the owner was excellent. Even though checkout was at 11:00 AM, they let me leave my backpack in the apartment until 3:00 PM because I’d arrived late. I’d happily recommend it.
