I felt misled and badly treated here. The place was unclean from the first day, which made the stay unpleasant, and the team came across as unprofessional every time I dealt with them. When I had to leave early, they wouldn't be flexible about a refund.

We were four adults and found the apartment modern, lovely, and equipped with everything we needed. There are two roomy bedrooms, an open kitchen and living space with a dining area, and a beautiful bathroom. It's in a busy area, but noise wasn't a problem for us. The town centre and attractions are walkable, and the airport is about 30 minutes away. We used Uber both ways and found it easy to get there. The host stayed in touch and gave clear instructions for getting into the building. Breakfast is available for a small extra charge. We'd happily stay again if we come back to Krakow. Thanks!

They kept every penny even though I provided proof of a real emergency. The promises were broken, and communication was terrible from beginning to end. It felt truly dishonest.

We'd driven for 11 hours, nearly 1,000 kilometres, when the owner contacted us just two hours before arrival to say the room had been double-booked. We were a family with two children and were left stranded because he couldn't offer another place. He replied to our message on booking.com, but wouldn't answer the phone.
