I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this stay really warrants one. The hosts were completely unwilling to be flexible, even though I showed clear evidence of the emergency that cut my visit short. They refused to refund any money. The place was also below standard for cleanliness, and the service felt indifferent. Very disappointing.

I've stayed in Krakow dozens of times, and this is one of the best apartments I've found. It's right in the centre but still quiet and safe, and the quality is better than the price suggests. I'll definitely return.

The room was good and matched the photos, and we liked the stay overall. A couple of things were missing: there was no microwave, and although we booked for four, there were only two dinner chairs. We asked for more, but they never arrived. Also, the parking under the building is paid. We stepped away for just 10 minutes to find the room and got a 150 PLN fine.

The apartment feels spacious and lovely, and I had complete privacy there. I felt at home and would like to stay as often as I can. This was my second visit, and the front desk staff were wonderful: they explained everything, helped whenever we needed it, and were happy to handle special requests. Phone-only communication was fine with me since everything was sorted straight away. I love this place and definitely recommend it ❤️❤️❤️

The apartment was clean and looked after, and the location worked well. Parking on the street was easy for us. Everything was fine. I'd suggest booking directly with Native: Booking.com changes the reservation, the price and the guest count, and can be misleading.
