We only booked three nights and wished we could’ve stayed longer. The studio was quiet, even with shops nearby, and just a five-minute walk from central Krakow. It had everything we needed, from a coffee machine and Smart TV to a heated bathroom floor, and the bedroom and bathroom were both really spacious. The decor was lovely, the bed comfortable, and the manager was incredibly kind and available. Best value for money we’ve had in Poland. Thanks for making our trip so nice. We’ll definitely come back.

We slept well on this quiet street, and the apartment felt very secure. It was clean, comfortable, and close to the city centre, with a well-equipped kitchen for cooking in. There was a small issue with the bathroom basin plug, but the landlord fixed it within 20 minutes of being told. The air conditioning was a welcome bonus. I’d choose this apartment first if I get to visit Krakow again.

Miroslav was a great help, including in the months before our visit. The apartment was spotless and had water, tea, and coffee waiting for us. It’s a lovely place, about a 10-minute walk from the Old Town, in a wonderful city.

Everything we needed was provided in this clean, pleasant apartment, and it’s close to the centre. It worked well for a short stay for two in the 32 sq. m. Comfort apartment. The streetlight shone through all night, so dark curtains would help. Still, I’d recommend it.

We arrived on a Friday night with an elderly person and a child, both medically vulnerable, and found ourselves without anywhere to stay. Our reservation had been cancelled after the payment was taken. No reason was given and no alternative accommodation was offered. We were left out on the street. It felt like a greedy trick, and I wouldn’t trust the positive reviews.
