The location is superb, with restaurants, bars, shops, transport links, and even a street food market behind the hotel, so there’s always somewhere to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only room complaint was that the air conditioning didn’t seem to work. We had a balcony facing the backs of the properties behind the hotel, so there was no view, but it was fine for sitting out and getting fresh air. It’s about a 30-40 minute walk to the old town, with plenty to see along the way. A great hotel in a great spot.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the staff were friendly, and everything was so clean. We stayed three nights and everything really was perfect. Great location too. An amazing hotel.

We had booked several months ahead because our wedding celebration was nearby, but the hotel cancelled our reservation one day before we were due to stay. They said construction work hadn’t gone as planned. That’s incredibly unprofessional. If you can’t plan this properly, don’t rent out rooms. They did refund us right away, and fortunately we found a suitable replacement, though not thanks to Hotel "Perfect". The receptionist sounded really shaken on the phone. I hope the manager responsible for the fiasco got a stern scolding.

We had a great stay. The rooms, breakfast, and location were all fantastic, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Michal at reception was especially lovely. He gave us advice on where to eat, where to go, and how to get there, and was happy to help with anything.

We were disappointed that the fridge didn’t work. The only solution offered was to store it downstairs and have us collect it whenever we needed it. There’s no bar at all, even though the pictures show a nice place to drink and socialize. Reception told us it’s only a breakfast bar in the morning. We won’t stay here again. It wasn’t good value for money given what’s available nearby.
