Rainbow Apartments 2

We had one of our worst experiences here. We overslept and didn’t leave on time, which was our fault. At 11am, when we were supposed to check out, a man knocked and spent minutes shouting at us. There were three of us, so we asked for 30 minutes to get ready, and he agreed. Fifteen minutes later he knocked again, came into the room, and started yelling. He handed us the phone to speak with the boss, who agreed to give us 10 more minutes, and we offered to pay extra. Then the man took the phone out of my hands and said he was the boss and wouldn’t give us those 10 minutes. As we were leaving, he locked the door from the inside so we couldn’t get out. He kept shouting and checking the room while all of us were stuck inside. The place wasn’t very clean, and the staff were super rude. He also deleted our Booking.com stay from the app so we couldn’t leave a review there. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
