It’s close to the city attractions, which is a great location. Getting into the building and finding the keys felt like a confusing treasure hunt, even though the host sent YouTube videos and entry details two hours before check-in. My room had a private bathroom, two twin beds in a loft with only about four feet of headroom, and a kitchen shared with two other rooms. You couldn’t stand fully upright in the loft.

We were three and the place worked perfectly for us, with a kitchen to use and a great price. The location between the train station and old town was very convenient. The accommodation is simple, and there are lots of stairs. We appreciated how proactive the communicators were.

The location and price were good, but the service needs a lot of improvement. I had a bad experience and felt there was little respect for customers. I needed an invoice and contacted the hotel in advance. They said they would take care of it, but I was still waiting when I checked out and again a month later. When I tried to follow up, I was told it wasn’t their duty and to wait my turn. I also got the entry instructions only a couple of hours before arrival, along with details about the stairs. That should have been sent days earlier, or even before booking. My mother, who has a sore knee, arrived ahead of me and had to walk 20 minutes to the place. I was on a business trip to Poznan, and couldn’t use my phone on the train because there were no sockets. I worried she’d get there without the entry instructions.

We went as a group, and the place worked well for us. The kitchen on each floor was reasonably equipped, with a large fridge for things like milk and water. Krakow’s main areas are easy to reach from this ideal location.
