The decor is modern and the location is great. Communication and cleanliness were excellent, but I wouldn't recommend it for more than six adults because the sofa bed wasn't great. Two of the eight people in our group had to find somewhere else to stay during the trip.

The owner was great to deal with before and during the trip, and I loved both the apartment and Krakow. It was clean, roomy, peaceful, and had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine and iron. The centre was about a 10-15 minute walk away. We only stayed two days, but could easily have stayed longer. There was one awkward moment with the female neighbour next door. A few minutes after we arrived, at around 4pm, she told us we were too noisy and should leave and stop talking. We were just commenting on how lovely the apartment and view were. We didn't hear from her again, though we did keep very quiet after that, so it might be less comfortable if you plan to spend more time there with friends.

The furniture was old, and I had stayed in another of their apartments before. During this stay, the service was very poor and they were uncooperative. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were really accommodating, and the breakfast was amazing for the price. The apartment itself is lovely and in a great location.
