Getting to the main square takes a pleasant 10-minute walk, and there's also a tram stop right in front of the building. The bathroom was fantastic, brand new and stocked with high-quality amenities. The kitchen worked very well, especially for a family with children, and the beds and bedding were superbly comfortable. The spa had a few minor issues the staff have probably already noticed. It was a bit cold, the hot shower wasn't working, and a booking system might help prevent overcrowding. I imagine most people visiting Krakow see the spa as an extra benefit rather than the main service. This place was so well thought out, from its amenities and practical layout to its luxury, location and staff. We could enjoy privacy and the comfort of home, while the staff stayed discreet and never intrusive. After many years in the luxury rental business in Greece, we can confidently say it's the best city getaway concept we've experienced. The entrance area, friendly staff, apartment design and furniture, cleanliness and location all made a positive impression during our visit to Krakow. They were kind and supportive throughout the reservation and check-in as well. We'd highly recommend this Aparthotel 😍

Ula made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived, and her warmth and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. She even offered us an extra hour to check out without us asking, just to make the experience better. I'd happily return, and would also look forward to trying other LoftAir locations across Poland. Highly recommended.

For an apartment meant for three people, it had one double bed and a sofa bed, but the sofa bed hadn't been made up when we arrived. We had to prepare it ourselves, which was disappointing. The radiators weren't working either, so there was no heating in the rooms and the stay was uncomfortable. Getting into the SPA was another problem. We weren't given the right information or access code, and had to wait outside for the owner to send one. That code was wrong too, so we waited more than an hour. Once inside, the shower only gave cold or barely lukewarm water. The location wasn't great, and with the high price, the experience wasn't worth it. I wouldn't recommend staying here and would never return.
