Breakfast was delicious, with excellent coffee, and the gentleman serving us was charming and so attentive. That warm, helpful attitude matched the other staff too. The hotel itself is beautifully kept, and the location is perfect. Our room had lovely character, and nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff. If we return to Poland, we’d stay again without hesitation. We did have two small problems. The room stayed too warm at night, even after we turned down the heating, though perhaps we got something wrong. Also, the booklet said breakfast began at 7:30am, so we arranged an 8am tour pickup expecting time to eat. The restaurant staff said breakfast didn’t start until 8:30am. That was frustrating, since we’d already paid for breakfast and had to find somewhere else to eat at extra cost. Thank you!

The room was large, full of character, and well maintained. We had a wonderful long weekend for the Christmas markets, with an ideal spot for the markets, shops, and getting around. Breakfast had a very good selection, and they packed one for our early day trip. The staff were friendly, polite, and quick to help whenever we had a question.

The balcony room overlooking the square was beautiful and magnificent. Staff were helpful and polite throughout, and they took care of our needs quickly. The service was flawless. I’d recommend the place without hesitation, and if I had the money, I’d happily live there.

We spent five days here for our honeymoon and couldn't have picked a nicer place. It’s a beautiful, quiet hotel right on the square. The staff were attentive and friendly, the restaurant was lovely, and the bar had a nice little range of single malt whiskies to enjoy while watching people in the square. My wife also recommends the masseuse. She was very thorough, and my wife came back relaxed and nearly asleep. She says it cost around £60, which was incredibly reasonable. Ask about a massage when you arrive, though, since we left it late and were lucky to get an appointment. We’d definitely stay again if we return to Krakow.

We felt very welcome at this beautiful, classic, and classy hotel. The Christmas decorations made it feel especially festive and warm. The location was excellent, and the breakfast was particularly impressive. Service was great, especially from the man who served us breakfast.
