The Bridge Suites Hotel

I was there at the end of January, when it was freezing and snowy outside, and the room felt spotless, warm, and cosy. Breakfast had a great range, from savoury to sweet, with vegan and meat options and really good coffee. Everyone on staff was polite, helpful, and easy to talk to. Special thanks to Katarzyna at breakfast. She was professional, kind, attentive, and such a lovely person. She made the stay even nicer. I had a great time at Bridge Suites Kraków, would absolutely recommend it, and would come back.

I sprained my ankle and couldn’t walk, so we were unable to make the trip. We called the hotel to explain. Bart first told me we could use the booking at a later date. Two days later, I spoke with the front office supervisor, Veronica, who said that wasn’t possible because the year was nearly over and they had already charged the non-refundable booking to our card. I’ve worked in the hotel industry since 2017, so I know what they can and can’t do. I feel they simply didn’t want to help and didn’t care. I spoke with the general manager today, and he told me the same thing. They care only about the money. Disgusting management, no humanity. Stay away from this hotel. They only care about your money. Disgusting general manager!

The location was excellent, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with daily cleaning. Staff were friendly from check-in, especially Kate, who served us breakfast each morning. Honestly, I can’t find fault and highly recommend it.

The hotel's restaurant was fantastic, especially for lunch. For 35zl each, two people can get a starter, main, and dessert. Food was tasty and good value, and the hotel is close to attractions and the main square while tucked away from restaurants charging tourist prices. Reception is open 24 hours, and the staff were kind and helpful with directions and transport. Our modern room was spacious, had a balcony, and came with free water. We barely noticed the trains. It was clean when we arrived, but as the stay went on, the cleaning slipped: our socks turned black from the floors, glasses weren't changed, and bedsheets and shower gel weren't replaced, so we started running low. The room and location were spectacular, and I’d still highly recommend the hotel for its food, value, and convenient spot.
