They cancelled my reservation two days before I was due to arrive, sending a message through booking. The Booking Res is still active, my money is blocked, and they haven't replied. They claim it was a system error, but I don't believe that, especially since they'd confirmed the parking space a few days earlier. Be very careful with them.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is great. It's a shame the service and communication caused so many problems. We arrived without any instructions for getting into the building, and even more than an hour after check-in time, our room was still being cleaned. At about 2 am, loud neighbours woke us with music and noise that went on until around 5. The walls are extremely thin, so there was no escaping it. We had an early tour and needed to leave at 5:30 am, so we got no sleep. We tried to reach someone for help, perhaps to change rooms, but there was no reception on site and getting assistance was difficult. We asked for a refund for the rest of the stay and booked somewhere else. The hotel itself is lovely, but the noise, poor service, and lack of communication really affected our stay.

It's warm, which matters at this time of year, and very clean. The place is nicely decorated and has everything you might need, even a washing machine and dryer. Staff were excellent to deal with over the phone. There’s a large parking lot with a gate that opens by phone call, and a tram stop nearby. The city center is close too. We’d definitely stay here again if we're in Krakow.
