The room itself was just right, warm, clean and cosy, and it was ready when we arrived. Check-in was great. The bathroom was another matter. I’d asked for a bath and got one, but the shower was on the middle of the bathroom wall and its door didn’t cover the area where the water fell. It was only half a door. The bath’s bottom was so slippery that standing in it felt unsafe, especially with soap. From Friday to Monday I had to lean over the bath and wash at the sink. Not ideal.

We felt really welcome on our first trip to Krakow. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was beautiful, fully equipped and had a gorgeous balcony. The location was amazing, with a convenience store across the road and lots of main attractions within walking distance. Great value all around.

Our room was surprisingly spacious, including a large bathroom, and the kitchenette had a fridge and microwave. We ate out, so didn't use those, but the coffee machine and kettle were great, and there was a hair dryer too. The hotel has a traditional feel and was kept to a good standard. Staff at reception were very helpful, and the main square is just a few minutes away on foot. We had an excellent stay and would happily recommend it.

We had a balcony overlooking the area, and the location near the main square worked well. The staff were friendly and polite, and we also used the spa. The kitchen area was nice, though getting to the kitchen and bathroom involved a few steps. I'd stay here again.

Breakfast had a good mix of hot and cold choices, and the staff were pleasant and helped with directions and a tourist map. Our room was roomy, with a little annexe, a large comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. It was also easy to get around from here, with trams and the train station nearby and many sights within walking distance.
