The worst experience I've had in Krakow, and I strongly advise reading reviews before booking. We stayed in apartment 12 on the third floor. It's an old apartment, with an uncomfortable bed and pillows, and no blackout covering on the windows. The television didn't work, and when we asked the owner to fix it, they ignored us. Plugging in the toaster shut off the electricity. That felt unsafe, and I couldn't see a fire detector. I would never stay in this apartment again.

The place was well designed and had everything I needed. I couldn't read the Polish instructions, so I had to use Google to help me. Also, if you're going to accept foreign visitors, it would be a nice touch if they could watch TV on wet evenings.

A perfect apartment right in the town center. There was everything we needed on the same street, including a corner shop opposite with wide opening hours and a good baker. The host was friendly and helpful, and arranged tours for us. As I said, perfect.
