We’d happily stay here again and again. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom had beautiful tiling. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The front desk went out of their way to help sort out a problem with our pre-purchased tickets for the Shindler Factory. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We travelled as a family and really enjoyed our stay. The staff welcomed us and were happy to help with our requests. The hotel was clean and well looked after, with spacious, clean rooms and a nice bar and seating area. It’s in a great location, close to wawel castle and the main square. 🙏🏽

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel looks beautiful throughout, with a plush boutique feel. We were in room 106 for four nights. If you can, try to get it: it’s huge, with a king-size bed, a couch, and a big chair. Best of all, it’s a corner room with the only balcony, looking over Planty Park toward the castle. The hotel is close to tramlines and just a short walk from Old Town main square. Highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back.

Its location made it easy to stroll to the old city’s main attractions and Wawel Castle at our own pace. The room was magnificent, spacious and cozy, and had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay from the moment we arrived. The concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed everything we’d hoped for when booking, perhaps even more. A very nice hotel.

We’d love to come back. The hotel bar was a nice place to have a drink before going out, and the room was comfortable. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. The location is great: a 10-minute walk to Old Town or 5 minutes to Wawel Castle. A taxi to or from the airport costs between 55 and 70 zloty, depending on dynamic pricing. We stayed for a long weekend.
