The kindness of the staff made us feel at home, and the hotel put real Christmas trees on the floors. Our room looked out over the square, and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had made-to-order breakfast there each morning and were right in the middle of everything in Krakow. The desk arranged transport to and from the airport and suggested museums and places to visit. Robes and slippers in the bathroom were a lovely old-school touch, and the WiFi was strong and fast. We'll definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here. The staff were professional, and the room was lovely. It was room no.41, with the large mirror behind the bed and a great view from the balcony. You can hear some noise from the square through the night, including the bells at St Mary's Basilica, but it was minimal. Breakfast was fantastic if you like buffet food and cakes, and there's also a limited cooked menu. The hotel has old-world charm on one corner of Krakow's main square. Check-in, breakfast and checkout were all excellent. It's not cheap by Polish standards, but we thought the touch of luxury was worth it and would definitely recommend it.

Room 36 had plenty of space and was beautiful. Being at the back of the hotel also meant it was really quiet. The staff were great, but one person stood out: Gregory was always smiling, friendly and ready to help. Thank you for making our stay extra special.

We stopped by for coffee and something sweet. My partner had the biscoff cheesecake and I had the Pavlova, both absolutely delicious. The staff and location are hard to fault. Definitely worth a visit.

The interior has a unique design that gives the hotel a special atmosphere, and the food was delicious, fresh and beautifully served. The location is very convenient, close to the main attractions and easy to reach. The staff were amazing, always friendly, helpful and smiling. Highly recommended. I'll definitely come back!
