The massages were pretty good, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, and I liked that the hotel felt peaceful and secluded, though it’s definitely not within walking distance of the city center. I ended up here through a spa package I bought on another site, so it wasn’t my own hotel choice. Looking at other places in the area afterward, I saw more modern rooms and facilities for less money and in better locations. Maybe that matters less during high season when the area fills up. The food was average. Breakfast was passable, but the lunches and dinners included in our package weren’t tasty or appealing. The room and hotel interiors looked very old, maybe early 90s. The bathroom was clean but dated. There was no AC or fan, so we kept the curtains closed to stop the sun from making the room unbearably hot.

We had a good stay here. The service was good and breakfast decent, and the hotel and spa are in a lovely wooded setting. It’s an affordable four-star place, about a 25-minute walk from Krynica city center. The rooms are spacious, though there’s no AC, which could be an issue during a hot Polish summer, and no fridge either.

The private jacuzzi was a real treat, and you can book it for a small fee. Everything else was pleasant too. My room got really warm in summer because it faced the setting sun each evening. One letdown: the masseuse doesn’t work Sundays. Weekend guests might expect to be able to book spa packages that day.

I really enjoyed the breakfast and the extra things to do at the hotel, like billiard, air hockey, and toys for children! The front rooms have a great view, and the rooms are beautiful. The staff were so nice and helpful 😊

At hotel 4 po roku, Pani Aneta makes you feel at home with so much warmth and hospitality. She looks after guests like no one else. The hotel is lucky to have her, she’s a real treasure.
