The price was particularly disappointing: around 218 Zloty per night, including dinner and breakfast, felt expensive for the standard of accommodation. The online photos didn't match what we found. The rooms were moderately clean, but looked quite different from the pictures, and the building felt more like an old hospital than welcoming accommodation. We were here on a school trip, and confusion over room assignments made our arrival and organization chaotic. The place fell short of the expectations created by its photos and description.

Breakfast was very good, with lots to choose from, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and comfortable too. The towels were worn, and the thin walls and doors meant we could hear guests coming back at night. Service was very friendly, even late at night. We hadn't expected to have parking, but a spot turned out to be available. Nobody told us there was an extra fee, though it was only 15 PLN, so it wasn't a disaster.

A small downside was that there was no swimming pool. The treatments were pleasant, and the meals were delicious with enough choice for everyone to find something they liked. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The public terrace overlooking Parkowa Mountain was a big plus.
