For a summer stay at this price, it’s a decent place to spend the night. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I strongly advise potential guests to avoid this property. We booked through Booking almost three weeks ahead and paid in advance, but when we arrived late in the evening and contacted the owner as instructed, we were told we couldn't stay because the room had been given to someone else. The property had known about our reservation for nearly 20 days. A message even the day before would have saved us the wasted travel time and expense. When we asked why no one had told us sooner, the owner said there was no obligation to do so and told us to find somewhere else ourselves. There was no apology, just a very rude response. Only with prompt help from Booking.com staff did we find alternative accommodation and avoid being stranded overnight with our luggage. Dealing with someone who shows so little respect for other people is a waste of time and energy.

The Booking.com team helped us quickly, otherwise we would have been left homeless. Avoid this place. It cost us time, money, and energy, and the owner's conduct showed very poor ethics.

The rooms have distinctive decor, and the beds are comfortable. There’s a well-equipped shared kitchen, and the location is convenient. The attentive service met our expectations. I’d be glad to return to Krynica and stay here again.
