There’s a lot to do around the hotel: mountain walks on either the Polish or Czech side, and lovely views. It sits on a hill in a quiet area right by the Czech border. The hotel also has rehabilitation and wellness treatments, a sauna, billiards, table tennis, a reading room, and a children’s playroom. Outside, there’s a fenced playing field, picnic space, and a bonfire area. Meals are varied and delicious, and the staff were helpful and friendly, including Beatka at reception. I’ll definitely come back with my family.

Breakfast was fresh, with a good selection, and was okay. The hotel is outside town, surrounded by forest, and was peaceful even though it’s a large building with many rooms. The price may be what draws people, but there’s a lot to improve, including cleanliness, and the place lacks amenities and needs a major renovation if it wants to attract customers. If I were the manager, I’d hire a proper cleaning company instead of having women with buckets and cloths wandering through the rooms. 🙈

The food was delicious, the menu had plenty of variety, and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean too. The hotel is on a hill right at the Czech border, with lots of mountain trails nearby and a ski slope close by. It’s a good spot for hiking and driving. I’ll definitely return with my family.

I don’t understand reviews saying there wasn’t much variety, because there was something for everyone. The sauna worked well and was reserved just for us, though the small pool there could use repairs. The treatment facilities are very nice. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Beata at the front desk, who was always kind and smiling. We’ll definitely be back!
