Willa Nad Potokiem

There’s a Dino nearby, and the historic Lądecka Market Square is also close. The villa beside the Biała Lądecka River has recovered beautifully from the terrible 2024 flood; a photo in the hall shows just how much damage there was. Our room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable main bed. The small bedroom had a standard IKEA bed, but it was enough for resting. Although the villa is right by the street, the windows keep the noise down. The kitchen has what you need to cook, and the grinder coffee machine and supply of herbs were nice extras. The one thing I wasn’t keen on was the cluttered garden below room no. 2’s window, though maybe it’ll become another place to relax in spring.

Willa nad Potokiem feels warm and welcoming, and the owner is very friendly. There’s plenty of parking, and the guesthouse is spotless. Our cozy, warm room came with towels. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a coffee machine, and having freshly ground coffee in the morning was a real pleasure. I hadn’t come across that in a guesthouse before. I’d happily recommend it.

The owners are so friendly, flexible, and positive with their guests. We had a wonderful time here. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it for a family trip or any other kind of stay :)

Kamila was excellent to communicate with. The location suited us well, and parking is right outside the villa. Our room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, with a large fridge and a coffee machine that made delicious coffee.
