The hotel is in a lovely, quiet spot, 1.1km from Lanckorona, and the breakfasts were tasty. Our room was small but clean. The first two nights of our three-night stay were very peaceful; on the last one, some students arrived and got really loud, knocking on every door and so on. They also lent us a crib for our daughter at no charge.

The breakfast and dinner were really tasty, and that's the one thing I liked about the place. The hotel itself was very unpleasant. The rooms weren't cleaned to the standard you'd expect, although the beds were clean. The beds were uncomfortable, and there was no air conditioning. I wouldn't recommend staying here in summer. Think carefully before booking if you're planning a longer stay.

Good location and a nice hotel. If you're booking for a Saturday, it's better to check whether a party is planned. The dry and wet saunas, Finnish and hammam, are included if you book a time slot. Just don't count on privacy, since guests tend to wander into the relaxation area "just to have a look."

They didn't clean the room at all during our 5-day stay, and we had the same bedsheets the whole time. The food was really bad too, with even worms in the soup. The main course portions were tiny. Definitely not worth the money.

Nothing in this hotel seemed right. The toilet smelled, and small repairs hadn't been done, so the windows and doors wouldn't close properly. Even with the room at only 10 centigrades, the heating didn't work. It's a very strange place.
