The low rates are pretty much the only upside. There were so many problems that I had a bad stay. Finding hair in the kettle was disgusting, and the bathroom latch falling out of the door was a nasty surprise. The list of restrictions is ridiculous; listing what's allowed would be shorter. The kitchen and common area are closed 12:00-15:00 and 22:00-06:00. With only a microwave and kettle, there's no way to cook anything beyond microwave food. Cigarette butts in the window frame made the room smell. They empty the trash in your room every day, so someone will go into your room while you're out. I won't return. It's well worth paying more to stay somewhere else.

The location is awful, and they don't let you stay in the building after checkout. The bathrooms and kitchen are shut for most of the day for "cleaning," and there aren't normal bed sheets, just strange green "hygenic" nests. Just don't go.

I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is friendly, and the rooms, kitchen, dining area, toilets, and surroundings are all very clean and tidy. The hostel strictly bans alcohol and cigarette smoking indoors. Things are run on schedule, though staff sometimes make small allowances. My only discomfort was that bed 6 in room 13 had no personal power socket. Apart from that, everything was great, and the setting was calm and quiet.

The owner was disgraceful. He claimed my debit card was invalid even though it was working perfectly, then cancelled my booking and asked me to pay 50% more. I called and emailed them many times and got no response.

This is a well-connected spot in a very local Warsaw neighborhood, about a 20-minute tram ride from the Old Town. There are plenty of cafes and a mall nearby, so it’s easy to get a feel for everyday local life. The staff were very friendly, and it’s family-run. I’d stay again.
