I can’t recommend this investment because of the developer’s approach. I was misled into reporting defects later, after the building had settled and the cracks had stabilized. I waited four years and reported them again, but now the cracks, which run from top to bottom on two walls, can’t be repaired under warranty. There’s loud knocking from the ventilation system. The developer sends the issue to the property manager, and the property manager sends it back to the developer. This is the fourth year. Integratum Management somehow installed all the buildings without any possibility of appeal :) The elevator in the building at Aleksandra Kotsisa 8A floods, and residents are paying for the repairs. The building was completed with fiber optics in the design, but the fiber wasn’t actually there, despite someone having already passed the inspection. The developer is using the community’s electricity to build their fence. There was meant to be a parking lot next to building A, the one currently under construction, but there won’t be one. The entire development will have 14 spaces belonging to the 8A and 8B community. And so on.
