Villa Róża

The owner was really nice, but the rest of the experience felt like a complete scam. I booked through Booking.com for two people, with two beds and a balcony, and confirmed the details by phone. When my daughter and I arrived, that room wasn’t available. We were offered a single-person room with a fold-out bed taking up the remaining space, so there was no room to move around. After I paid in advance, the owner told me to cancel my Booking.com reservation. I wasn’t even there for the stay. You saved money at my expense. We were meant to spend three days in a cubicle. I don’t recommend it.

The promenade is just three minutes away, while the beach takes about 15-20 minutes on foot. Rooms are clean, with balconies and kitchenettes (17), and every floor has a kitchenette too. The host is friendly and helpful. Parking costs 10 PLN per day.

We’ve stayed at VILLA Róża four times now, and every year we’re just as delighted. It’s ideal for a family holiday; we bring the kids and feel at home. The owners are kind, helpful, easy to reach, and attentive to guests’ comfort. Our room was clean and well equipped, with nothing missing, and parking is available. The three buildings, Villa Róża I, II, and III, share one fenced property, so it’s easy to move between them. There’s a playground with a sandbox, a barbecue, a spacious guest kitchen and dining area, a children’s playroom, and a separate room with a “monkey grove”. Everything is well maintained and thoughtfully set up. The guesthouse is right next to the promenade, with access around the building, and the beach is about a 10-15-minute walk away. Shops, a pharmacy, bakery, port, pizzerias, restaurants, bike and scooter rentals, a clinic, police station, and fire station are all close by. The train station is also around a 10-15-minute walk. If we return to Łeba, we’ll stay at VILLA Róża again. Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and there’s a playground in the yard along with a large barbecue area. The location is perfect, and the staff and owners were all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the place and will definitely come back ❤️
