The owner was friendly and helpful, and the scenery was lovely, especially the view of Połonina Wetlińska. We stayed for the 2025 Butcher's Run, and the location worked well for us because it's close to Cisna. It also makes a good base for hiking in the Bieszczady Mountains, especially with a car to reach the trails. Breakfasts were excellent. Our room was decent, though we didn't spend much time in it. There was no TV or internet, which suited us because we could switch off from the constant rush of information, but others might see that as a downside. One thing to know: water throughout Przysłup has a particular smell, a bit like at some spas, because of its high sulfur compound content, and some people may find it bothersome.

The owner was so kind and welcoming. We loved the varied, delicious breakfasts, and there was coffee and tea available all day. It's a wonderful place with views of the Połoniny Mountains. We'll be back.

What a letdown. After we'd booked and paid a deposit, we drove over 500 kilometers before the lady called to say she only had 2 nights for us instead of 5. She said it was because the room wasn't listed on Booking.com. By then, we couldn't find anywhere else because it was a long weekend. She invited us to dinner to make up for the trouble, but when I called, she hinted we'd have a long wait that day. The vacation began with stress, and I don't recommend it.

I enjoyed the mountains, but this was one of the worst resorts I've stayed at, and I don't recommend it. The staff seemed irritated and rude. When food ran short and we asked if more could be made, one of them said, “That's not in my interest,” and walked away. We ended up with cold potatoes instead of potatoes and pork chops. After 45 minutes, when everyone had already filled up on potatoes, the woman told the organizer, who was heading to the mountains, that she had only made the meat after everyone had eaten a larger serving of potatoes. The food was mediocre, and the chicken breast was undercooked. The room costs around 300 PLN per day, which is a lot for these conditions. Things were in terrible shape: everything creaked, the floors were dusty and sticky in spots, and cobwebs and dirt had been swept under beds and cupboards. There was mold throughout the bathroom. The water smelled of sulfur, and limescale clogged the shower head so water sprayed everywhere.
