The location is handy, near Piotrkowska street, and the underground parking didn’t feel cramped or narrow. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff were kind, and the sauna area was very pleasant. I’d definitely recommend it for a visit to Łódź.

Friendly staff and good service. The rooms are very clean and feel premium, and there’s a wide range of amenities onsite, including a bar, restaurant, fitness area and spa. The breakfast spread is huge. Paid parking is available onsite.

The staff were friendly and professional, and the location made it easy to explore the city. I had a really enjoyable stay, with a relaxing spa, delicious breakfast buffet, and modern, clean, comfortable rooms. Fantastic hotel!

The family room was huge, with two toilets and a giant bathtub. It felt well worth the money when traveling with kids. The room was clean, housekeeping came daily, and they left free water bottles. Breakfast had a great selection, the food was always fresh, and there was plenty of seating even during a busy conference. I’ve stayed at both this hotel and the centrum one. This one is that bit nicer and really lives up to the premium name. I highly recommend it.

The rooms are big, with a large shower, and the staff were very nice and helpful. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the city centre where all the activities are. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options for all of us. I didn’t get to use the spa, but other guests I spoke to said it was wonderful. A very good hotel, highly recommend, and I’ll definitely come back.
