We held a First Communion here in May 2024 and were very happy with how it went. The staff, including the manager and waitresses, communicated really well with us before and during the event, and they were flexible about adjusting dishes to guests' preferences. The Mediterranean-inspired menu had an appetizer, a great tomato cream soup, and a main course with a nicely balanced choice of meat and vegetable dishes. There was plenty on the cold platter too, from salads and cheeses to fish and cold cuts, and the portions were so generous we could hardly finish. The location is excellent, and many thanks to the chef for the delicious food. A very good venue for special occasions, we'd recommend it.

The smell and filth were so bad that I spent the whole stay wondering why the Sanitary Inspectorate hadn't closed the place. There was no service to speak of, and the standard was appalling. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I made a huge mistake booking this place. The rooms weren't cleaned, there was dust everywhere, food under the bed, and hair in the bathroom. The air conditioning didn't work, the elevator was out of order, and there didn't seem to be a maintenance technician at all. You could only use the gym or sauna during reception hours, but when those were supposed to be was unclear. The three-star rating is a lie. I booked a room with breakfast, only to find on arrival that wasn't available. Parking was also only offered during reception hours. The door said reception was open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., but the receptionist didn't show up until noon. I have nothing against her personally, but she seemed completely uninterested in the job, as if she were there as punishment, and didn't seem competent or in control. I don't recommend staying here.

We couldn't get breakfast, even though it was listed as an option. The bedding smelled of sweat, and the room had no air conditioning. Water leaked into the room, the bathroom skirting boards were coming apart, and the place was dirty. There were no mosquito screens, so a large hornet got in while we had the windows open, frightening the kids. Looking for it, we found a praying mantis on the curtain. Sleeping there was terrifying. A total disaster.
