Fine for a night before moving on. The oddest hotel rule I’ve come across is having to leave your shoes at the entrance and wear their slippers.

A really awful experience with the owners. They’re completely unpredictable and act irrationally. If you want trouble and a spoiled holiday, go ahead and stay here!

A great place for an overnight stay, in a convenient spot near Piotrkowska Street and the Atlas Arena. It’s clean, thanks to the good idea of changing into slippers right at the entrance. Communication with the owners was good too.

We had to cancel the night before because my partner had a serious accident. My friend suggested several options, including moving the booking to another date or accepting a partial refund, but the owners wouldn’t work with us. They smiled while making it clear they saw customers as a source of money, not people. It was upsetting, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The accident happened the day before we were due to arrive: one guest’s husband lost his fingers, so I let the property know right away that we had to cancel. The owner’s messages showed no empathy, and she offered no alternatives. We couldn’t move the booking, get any compensation for the unused cleaning or utilities, or receive a discount on a future stay. Money seems to be all that matters here. I don’t recommend it.
