The shower never really got hot during my stay, though it wasn’t a big enough problem for me to raise it while I was there. Everything else worked well. My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. Check-in was quick, with a warm welcome from the staff, and Jakub, the Duty Manager, was professional and friendly at checkout. The people at the Golden Bar were great, with excellent food, cocktails, and service. I also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the heart of Piotrkowska. I recommend it.

A comfortable, modern 4-star stay in the city. The rooms are spacious, the amenities are good, and the service is friendly. With convenient facilities and a welcoming feel, it works well for either a business trip or a leisure visit.

A few things turned what should have been excellent into a disappointing experience. Crockery was cleared in under a minute, and there was a hidden charge tied to a supposedly lost paper ticket for prepaid parking, though I hadn’t lost it. When I asked about it, the rigid policy was confirmed. The point should be to keep expectations modest and then exceed them, instead of leaving customers feeling let down. Punishing people rarely pays off, and losing one star was the least of the consequences. Rory Sutherland would probably call this a case of customers feeling betrayed. It’s poor business judgment and ethically murky. Unexpected hidden charges are familiar, and people universally hate them.

This modern 4-star hotel has spacious rooms, good amenities, and attentive service. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the location is convenient. A solid option for work trips or a leisure stay.

The facilities are great, and it’s a very nice hotel with little to fault. I just wish it were closer to more of the city. When I visited, I would have preferred to be nearer the Hamptons location.
