Pokoje Gościnne P.O.W. 17

This is a scam. The place isn’t there anymore, and nobody will let you in. I called twice, but the woman on the phone kept saying “hallo, hallo,” as if she couldn’t hear me. I had to find somewhere else at the last minute, losing money and dealing with a lot of hassle. Don’t fall for it.

I arrived at my destination four minutes after 8 p.m., and was told the room was available only for a full hour. The man was arrogant and pretentious, and I didn’t get my room money back. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect as a customer. The owner is beyond words. A disaster, I don’t recommend it!

I tried calling seven times and nobody picked up. My fully paid two-day reservation was canceled at 3:30 PM on the day I was due to arrive, because I hadn’t provided an arrival time. The host made no attempt to contact me first. The website said check-in was between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, but they still refused to refund me and listed the apartment at a higher price. A very unpleasant experience with this host.

The location made it easy to get to the main attractions nearby, and the place was clean, tidy, and well equipped, so I was comfortable there. The owner was especially kind and helpful, which made the stay even nicer. I’d definitely stay again, and I highly recommend it.
